- Store Credit (gift card): You can return your order opting for a Store Credit (gift card) received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 20 days of your delivery date.

"I love this sweater! It's so comfortable, and the heart stripe design is so cute. I had wanted to purchase this sweater for so long, but my size was out of stock for some time. However, after an online chat with one of the helpful staff at BB, I was advised that this sweater runs large and that I should try the size down, which was available. I'm glad I took her advice, as one size down fits me perfectly. I'm now waiting for the red version to become available in size 14, as it only goes up to size 12. I'm curious if size 12 would also fit me, but it might be too short."
