"Unfortunately, I had to call to confirm whether my order was ready as I was not getting updates. It was a busy period and the service was great once I had called to ask to collect the parcel but, once I received the dress as a size 18 there was little to the imagination. The dress was a very small fit, very short and no shape at all. Just wasn't what I expected when purchasing. Nothing negative on the business themselves just not what I expected or how it was promoted."
"No shape at all. Not flattering."
