If you are unhappy with your items we offer returns!
- Store Credit (gift card): You can return your order opting for a Store Credit (gift card) received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 20 days of your delivery date.
- Return Conditions: All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in the original cardboard box.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of piercing jewellery, beauty products, face masks, intimate, final outlet sale items or swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached unless faulty.
