If you are unhappy with your items we offer returns!
You can return your order opting for a Store Credit (gift card) received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 20 days of your delivery date.
All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in the original cardboard box.
Please note: customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not accept returns of piercing jewellery, beauty products, face masks, intimate, final outlet sale items or swimwear without the hygiene sticker attached unless faulty.
