Cute Dress, be wary of Returns

"Dress was cute, but very short. I am 5'5 tall, 34D and 155lbs and got the size 10. It was really cute on, but barely covered my butt and I wasn't sure what I could've worn under to help that. I decided to return it. Be warned that Beginning Boutique charges a pretty hefty "return fee" for returning items. My return fee was equal to 30% of what I originally paid, meaning I only got refunded 70% of what I originally paid, which sucked given I didn't see any warning about this."
